All Across East Texas, a major installation for a major health system is about to commence.
UT Health East Texas is a large healthcare system serving patients across hospitals, clinics, and other care facilities throughout the region. Copiers and printers support that work every day, from printing patient forms, medical records and discharge information to scanning signed documents, processing administrative paperwork, and securely sharing information across departments.
In a healthcare environment where information needs to move quickly and accurately, reliable print and scan technology remains an important part of keeping both patient care and business operations moving.
Beginning now and continuing over the coming days and weeks, Datamax will begin delivering and deploying new copier and printer equipment across the UT Health East Texas system. It’s a significant undertaking designed to equip locations across the organization with the technology they rely on to keep information and patient care moving.

“It’s going to take precise planning and all members on the same page all day every day on this install. Massive communication not just within Datamax but with UT Health IT,” Director of Operations Justin Harper said. “In the same way that we were back in 2020, when we did the first install, we have got to be ALL in on making this project a success.”
